The on-demand medical support line gives residents and their relatives direct access to qualified healthcare professionals by phone. The service is included in the Independent Living solution and provides quick medical advice and guidance without the need for an appointment.


The service is operated by Helsetelefonen AS in cooperation with Volvat Medical Centre, ensuring professional, confidential, and reliable healthcare support. More information can be found in their FAQ.


Available hours

  • Nurses are available every day from 07:30 to 23:00

  • Doctors are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00

Average response time is typically under one minute.
