The Independent Living service helps ensure safety and independence for people living at home.
Smart sensors monitor daily routines such as movement, temperature, and door activity, and send alerts if something unusual occurs.
This can include events such as:
No movement detected for a long period of time
The main door opening late at night
Spending an unusually long time in one room
Lack of activity from electrical appliances such as the refrigerator or television
Unusually high or low room temperatures
All alerts are handled by a professional Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), which monitors the system 24/7 and can contact relatives or emergency services if needed. If no one can be reached, a security guard response may be dispatched to check on the resident.
The service also includes access to a 24/7 medical support line, where nurses and doctors are available for advice, guidance, and follow-up by phone.
The system works through passive monitoring - it requires no interaction from the resident. Relatives can follow activity and receive notifications through a dedicated app, giving reassurance without reducing privacy.
The combination of automatic monitoring, professional alarm handling, and health and guard support makes the Independent Living service a complete solution for safe and independent living.
