How to set up and use the “Lack of activity” service

Modified on Mon, 20 Oct at 1:16 PM

How this service works

The Lack of activity service detects when no movement has been registered for a defined period of time.
If the system does not detect any activity within the set timeframe, an alarm or notification is sent to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and relatives.

Activation

The service must be activated before it starts monitoring. When active, it runs automatically in the background.

Connection to wake-up and bedtime hours

This service is linked to the defined wake-up and bedtime hours in the system. It only monitors activity during the day and pauses automatically at night.

Time configuration

You can define how long the system should wait before an alarm is triggered. This allows you to adapt the service to each person’s daily habits and activity level.
