Release 1.28.0
Dato: April
Onboarding
We have made a major update to the onboarding with a refreshed design and a more structured installation flow.
- 5 rooms are set up by default (hallway, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom), and 1 front door (in hallway) is set up by default
- All devices in the base package, except the refrigerator sensor, smart plug and SOS button, are defined as mandatory in the process
- Onboarding takes you through the installation of mandatory devices per room. For example, you will be asked to add a motion sensor for the hallway, then the living room and so on, until all default rooms and the front door are set up
- Additional rooms and devices can still be added beyond the default setup
- A new service type has been added, fridge monitoring. The setup is two-part: first you select preferences as part of the setup of all Stay Safe at Home services, then when adding devices. You choose whether the fridge monitoring should be linked to a motion sensor or a door/window contact, depending on what is included in your starter pack
Purchase channel
- Before onboarding starts, you now choose whether you purchased Confi.care through a reseller or directly. If reseller is selected, you will be asked to enter the reseller's installation code. This ensures the installation is linked to the correct reseller, and that the user receives the correct follow-up
- Resellers and partners can now view their own installations (based on installation code) in a dedicated portal
Other
- Tapping the front door under floor level in the property menu now shows information about the device linked to the door, instead of the settings for "Exit after bedtime"
- Improved return button on the keyboard: depending on context, the cursor moves to the next field or the keyboard closes
- The change password page has an improved design

Dato: 11.02.2026
System
We have made an important change to how the service is controlled, and we now distinguish between deactivated and paused.
Deactivated means the service is completely turned off and will not be reactivated automatically. No alarms are sent until the service is manually activated again (temperature alarms are still sent unless these are also disabled).
Paused is used when the service is automatically paused when the resident leave the home, and is resumed when the system detects movement again
Both states are clearly shown in the app, with dedicated messages and illustrations.
